Can I use the lockers on my first visit?
Your after-hours access needs to be activated first. Come in Monday through Friday between 11 AM and 6 PM, or call (517) 349-8989, and our team will set it up.
Does 24/7 mean my clothes are cleaned in 24 hours?
No. It means you can drop off and collect ready orders any time once your access is active. Confirm the ready date for your order with the store.
Can I get alterations at Jolly-Okemos?
Yes. Drop off repairs and alterations here, including hems when you know the length. Our tailors do the work, and it comes back to this store for pickup. If you need to be measured or fitted, book a fitting with Miah at Creyts & Saginaw or Farnaz in East Lansing. See tailoring prices.
