Choose home delivery
Select “Home & Office Delivery,” add your home address, and save a card on file.
Request your first pickup
Select both a pickup date and a return delivery date, then submit your request.
Once you’re set up
Your next pickup is a text away.
We’ll text the night before your route day. Reply YES when you have items ready. Use us every week or just when you need a hand.

Home delivery is available in selected Greater Lansing neighborhoods. Apartment pickup is not available.

Yes. There’s no pickup, delivery, or signup fee. You pay for the cleaning at the same prices as in-store. There’s no subscription or weekly commitment.
Why do I need a card on file?
A card on file is required to pay for your cleaning orders. Add it through CustomerConnect during delivery setup. Pickup and delivery themselves are free.
What happens after I sign up?
Our route team will call to confirm your home is eligible, explain your route days and bag instructions, and help finalize your first pickup. If you already requested a date online, we’ll review it with you.
Why does scheduling ask for two dates?
The online portal asks for both a pickup date and a return delivery date before you submit. Choose from the available dates for your route. If you’re unsure which return date to choose, our team can help during your welcome call.
Do I need a special bag or to be home?
You don’t need to be home. We deliver your bags and door-hook hanger on your first pickup-and-delivery day. Our team will confirm where to leave your items and how to prepare your first order.
When will my cleaning be returned?
Pickup and return visits take place on your neighborhood’s route days. Our team can confirm the return date for your order, including any specialty items that need more time.
Can I use delivery if I live in an apartment?
Home pickup is available to eligible homes within our route area. We don’t currently offer apartment pickup. You’re welcome to use any of our store locations.
