How do I get my first bag?
For pickup and delivery, we deliver your bag or bags and door-hook hanger on your first route day. Our team confirms the arrangements for your first order. For store drop-off, ask the team at your chosen location.
What should go in my Wash & Fold bag?
Use Wash & Fold for everyday washable laundry. Keep items needing dry cleaning or special care separate and tell our team about them. If you are unsure about a garment, ask before adding it to your bag.
Do you deliver to apartments?
No. Home pickup and delivery is available to eligible houses within our delivery routes. Apartment residents are welcome to drop off at any of our 11 stores.
Do I need to be home or sign up for a subscription?
No subscription is required. Leave your bag at the pickup spot agreed with our team; you do not need to be home.
When will my laundry be ready?
Delivery orders return on your scheduled return-delivery day. For store drop-off, confirm the ready date with the team when you leave your bag.
